Lincoln County board passes 2010 budget raising taxes 5.35% ! The tax rate will be $5.29 per $1,000 of assessed value in the townships and $5.06 in the cities, according to the 2010 budget book. That’s $529 on a $100,000 home in a township and $506 on a $100,000 home in the cities. WHAT? For a jail? Now I know the people running things here are living in a dream! STOP THE DAM SPENDING YA DOPES!
