WC4 door DoorCost v1.10 asks user to pay  from account to enter door

DoorCost v1.10 prompts the user to pay a penny from their BBS account
balance to enter a door.  If they have it and they agree, it lets them
continue.  When registered, the cost can be set by day of the week.
